If you’ve ever wanted to experience pickleball in a whole new light (literally), PickleCon 2025 is where you need to be! We at Crew Social Club are beyond excited to announce that we’ll be playing a major role at this year’s event, which will take place August 7-10 at the Kansas City Convention Center.
As the sister company to KC Crew—Kansas City’s go-to hub for social sports leagues—we’ve spent over a decade connecting people through fun and community-centered sports. And now, we’re bringing that same energy to PickleCon, one of the biggest pickleball events in the country. If you haven’t heard, PickleCon is more than just a convention; it’s a four-day celebration of everything pickleball, where players of all skill levels come together for tournaments, open play, food, drinks, and more. And we’re thrilled to be part of the action this year, running some of the event’s most exciting activities.
Here’s what you can expect from Crew Social Club at PickleCon 2025:
We’re kicking things off with a bang at the Kickoff Party! Imagine a night filled with glowing pickleball courts, upbeat music, and a whole crowd of like-minded pickleball enthusiasts. Whether you’re an experienced player or just looking to have some fun, this is the perfect way to start your PickleCon journey. Come for the glow, stay for the community!
Want to combine pickleball, great food, and a little adventure? Then you won’t want to miss our Eatertainment Tour on Friday evening. We’ll take you on a guided bus tour through two of Kansas City’s best spots for pickleball, food, and drinks. Whether you’re playing a few rounds at Chicken N Pickle or enjoying some of the best BBQ in the area, this tour is all about having a good time with good people. It’s the perfect way to experience both the local flavor and the pickleball vibe in one amazing night.
Friday’s not over yet! From 6-8 p.m., we’ll be turning the courts into a glowing wonderland for Glow Open Play. If you’ve never tried glow-in-the-dark pickleball, now’s your chance! The courts will be lit up, creating a whole new vibe for your game. Whether you’re warming up for the Glow Tournament or just looking to meet new people, this session is all about fun, friendly competition, and enjoying the sport in a whole new light.
Now for the main event—the Glow in the Dark Tournament. Saturday night is when things get real! The courts will be shining bright as players go head-to-head in a fast-paced, serve-to-score tournament. With at least four games guaranteed per team and a thrilling elimination round, this tournament is perfect for anyone who wants to test their skills or just have some fun under the glow of the lights. It’s an experience you won’t forget!
