What is Picklecon
PickleCon is an all-inclusive, all-encompassing pickleball experience for everyone with a desire or curiosity for the sport. This annual event will transform 400,000 square feet of convention center space into a pickleball paradise, complete with tournament play, open play, pro-ams/ exhibitions, camps/clinics, vendors/exhibitors, panel discussions, educational breakout sessions, social activities and more. PickleCon is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of pickleball and connect with a community of like-minded enthusiasts.

Friday Kick-Off Party
Kick off PickleCon 2026 with a glow in the dark-themed party Friday, July 24th from 5-6:30pm! This epic event is included with a Player Access Pass and open to all ages, promising a night full of excitement and fun for everyone. Located in Hall A of the convention center, there will be vibrant music, a variety of food and drinks available, and courts of glow in the dark open play managed by Crew Social Club. Not a fan of the dark? We still have you covered! There will be food, drinks, and courts for open play outside the glow area for you to participate in a brighter setting.
saturday Open Play
Don’t miss out on a night of fun with some open play Glow Pickleball on Saturday, July 25th from 6-9pm. This open play event is included with a Player Access Pass and open to all ages. Warm up for a Sunday morning Pickleball Tournament or just have some fun under the black lights. Don’t forget to wear something neon!
This event will be held in Hall A of the convention center where there will be courts of glow in the dark play managed by Crew Social Club. There will be food, drinks, and courts for open play outside the glow area for you to participate in a brighter setting.
Friday Glow Tournament
Turn down the lights and turn up the fun with Glow in the Dark Pickleball! This will be a traditional serve to score-styled tournament where partners can consist of any gender combination, and you are guaranteed 4 games under backlights.
OPEN DOUBLES TOURNAMENT – How It Works:
- Friday, July 24th
- Find your teammate
- Choose your division – 2.5 to 2.99, 3.0 to 3.49 or 3.5 – 4.0
- Sign up – $120 per team
- Check-In begins at 6:30pm
- Tournament begins at 7:00pm
- Tournament ends by 10:00pm for teams that advance to the championship
- All teams are guaranteed 3 round robin games
- All teams will move on to a single-elimination tournament
- Registration ends Friday, July 24th. SPOTS LIMITED!
DON’T FORGET – You and your partner must purchase a Player Access Pass for PickleCon to be able to play in the tournament.

2024 - Year 1
Partnering with Picklecon for the first year to bring this one-of-a-kind event to Kansas City was so much fun. We kicked it off with a glow open play party, followed by EATertainment tours to the top Pickleball venues in Kansas City and capped it all off with a glow pickleball tournament!
2025
After the success in Kansas City the first year, Picklecon asked us to help keep bringing the awesome for year 2 and we did. Modified Glow Open Play, EATertainement tours, and Glow Tournament were so much fun and grew with more participants and players from all over the country.
About
Eatertainment tour
Kansas City is home to many unique facilities that combine entertainment, food, and pickleball. Ease into Picklecon weekend with guided tours of Kansas City’s top local flavors and pickleball spots. It is the perfect casual kickoff for early arrivals to connect, explore, and play before the main event begins. This bus tour will visit two pickleball restaurants (to be announced soon) and will include complimentary food selections, non-alcoholic beverages, and reserved court time to play with new and familiar friends. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on-site. Crew Social Club will guide you through the city and give you a first-hand experience of two of them in one evening. Buses will pick you up and drop you off at the convention center Thursday, July 23rd (5-8pm). You will spend roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes at each location, where you can eat, drink and of course, play pickleball. Open play will be facilitated by your Crew Social Club guide to maximize playing and socializing time.
