What is Picklecon
PickleCon is an all-inclusive, all-encompassing pickleball experience for everyone with a desire or curiosity for the sport. This annual event will transform 400,000 square feet of convention center space into a pickleball paradise, complete with tournament play, open play, pro-ams/ exhibitions, camps/clinics, vendors/exhibitors, panel discussions, educational breakout sessions, social activities and more. PickleCon is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of pickleball and connect with a community of like-minded enthusiasts.

who we are
Crew Social Club was created after connecting over 120,000 people in Kansas City through fun, social sports leagues and events with our first club called KC Crew. Since 2012, We love creating unforgettable experiences that connect people, support local businesses, and showcase the best of local communities. Seeing the success in KC, we decided it was time to bring awesomeness to other cities in the midwest and Crew Social Club was brought to life.
Whether you’re here for the competition or just to have fun, we bring together a community where you can be yourself, meet new friends, and enjoy good times. From epic sports leagues to social events, Crew Social Club is all about fun, connection, and making memories. Join us and experience the excitement, the camaraderie, and the unbeatable energy that keeps players coming back for more.
In 2024, KC Crew helped bring fun to PickleCon through the Glow Pickleball Tournament and helping with the EATertainment Tour. There were 44 teams who registered for the 2024 tournament and we hope to see even more this year!

PICKLEBALL
Thursday Kick-Off Party
Kick off PickleCon 2025 with a glow in the dark-themed party Thursday, August 7th from 6-9pm! This epic event is included with a Thursday or Weekend Player Access Pass and open to all ages, promising a night full of excitement and fun for everyone. Located in Hall A of the convention center, there will be vibrant music, a variety of food and drinks available, and 20 courts of glow in the dark open play managed by Crew Social Club. Not a fan of the dark? We still have you covered! There will be food, drinks, and courts for open play outside the glow area for you to participate in a brighter setting.
Friday Open Play
Don’t miss out on a night of fun with some open play Glow Pickleball on Friday, August 8th from 6-8pm. This open play event is included with a Friday or Weekend Player Access Pass and open to all ages. Warm up for Saturday’s Glow Tournament or just have some fun under the black lights. Don’t forget to wear something neon!
This event will be held in Hall A of the convention center where there will be 20 courts of glow in the dark play managed by Crew Social Club. There will be food, drinks, and courts for open play outside the glow area for you to participate in a brighter setting.
Saturday Glow Tournament
- Find your teammate
- Choose your division – 2.5 to 2.99, 3.0 to 3.49 or 3.5 – 4.0
- Sign up – $100 per team
- Check-In begins at 5:00pm
- Tournament begins at 5:30pm
- Tournament ends by 9:30pm for teams that advance to the championship
- All teams are guaranteed 3 round robin games
- All teams will move on to a single elimination tournament
- Registration ends Saturday, August 9th at 12pm. SPOTS LIMITED!
About
Eatertainment tour
Kansas City is home to many unique facilities that combine entertainment, food, and pickleball. On this tour, Crew Social Club will guide you through the city and give you a first-hand experience of two of them in one evening. Buses will pick you up and drop you off at the convention center Friday evening (5-9pm). You will spend roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes at each location, where you can eat, drink and of course, play pickleball. Open play will be facilitated by your Crew Social Club guide to maximize playing and socializing time.
There are two Eatertainment Tour options:
1. KC North – heading north from the convention center and visiting Chicken N Pickle North KC and Char Bar.
2. KC South – heading south from the convention center and visiting Chicken N Pickle Overland Park and SERV.
